Windroy 4.0.3 which formerly known as Windows Android is a free program similar to
BlueStacks App Player which can run the Android operating system from a window
on the desktop
At the moment Windroy emulates the Android 4.0.3 OS and
though does not provide immediate access to Google Play store
To install applications with Windroy, but you must have access to the
actual APK files since this device is not a real phone and thus does not come
with the official Google Play app
The program is still in development yet does run apps smoothly, and without
much issue though you not have access to audio playback such as those in games
This program to run APK files on your PC remains BlueStack's App Player.
Using Android on Windows is possible with an emulator like Windroy. It enables
a complete port of Android (4.0.3r1) onto Windows which enables to use the
features of the Android system on your computer.
You can install applications, access settings, games and basic functions
web browser, calculator, calendar and etc. Current ported Android version is
4.0.3r1 and new version is being developed, Windroy is licensed as Freeware for
Windows 32-bit and 64-bit operating system or
platform from mobile phone tools without restrictions. Program windroy 4.0.3 is
available to all software users as a free download (Freeware).
